He has delivered commercial success for his clients on hundreds of varied projects, globally. Earlier in his career he took a key role in the early commercial successes of what was the BP Global Alliance, delivering new to industry projects, site upgrades, shop refits and performance focused maintenance, driving significant bottom line benefits in a number of geographic markets. He has delivered within many prominent companies operating multi-site estates, both large and small, and across a number of industry sectors, always with a focus on improving the bottom line and ensuring a payback.
The wider Evenlode Roadside team has access to expertise that spans the full cycle of property ownership, and always with a focus on delivering value to the operator. They have extensive experience of managing and maintaining hundreds of forecourts, acquisition and divestment, site health-checks, revenue optimisation, prioritising programmes of investment, project feasibility, business cases, the management of pre-construction planning and design, procuring the safe and compliant delivery of many projects, programmes and maintenance / facilities management.
